Navigating the Admin Access Dashboard

As an administrator, you can set up your services to match your needs in order to effectively manage them. To start administering your services, click the Admin Access tab (visible only to administrators) at the top of the Home page.

The Admin Access Home page appears. The page is divided into several sections:

  • Toolbar: Click Admin Access to administer services, or Sign Out to sign out.
  • Admin Access toolbar tabs:
    • Dashboard: Set up services and view user adoption.
    • Company: Set up company information. See Setting Up Company Information.
    • Users: Add and manage users, set up delegates, and manage departments. See Administering Users and Delegates for details.
    • Services: Set up policy violations and features for travel.
    • Analytics: Show the Spending Tracker for tracking costs. See Analytics and Tracking for details.
    • What would you like to do? Follow the wizard steps to set up your services for the first time.
  • User Adoption: View user login trends and adoption funnel.
  • Right column: 
    • Users section: Shows how many users have been added and accepted in the account. You can click the Manage users link or the Invite link.
    • Services section: Shows the services that are in use and if they have been customized. Click on the individual service links to navigate to that service’s page.
    • Company Information: Information about your company.
