Notifications
To open the Profile page, click your name at the top of the screen, and choose Profile from the drop-down menu.
The Notifications section of the Profile page shows your notifications. You can set up notifications to receive updates and additional information about your services. You can have them sent to you by email or by mobile text.
To add notifications, click Manage Notifications in the Notifications section of the Profile page. The Notifications page appears. You can set up the following notifications:
- Trip itinerary: Click Trip itinerary to set up notifications about your itinerary, and add an email address (the Email delivery method is already selected by default; Mobile text is not available for this notification). Click the Save button to finish.
- Airport Parking details: Click Airport Parking details, and choose Airport Parking details in the Select a Notification drop-down menu, to set up notifications about airport parking with a copy of your parking voucher. Add an email address (the Email delivery method is already selected by default; Mobile text is not available for this notification). Click the Save button to finish.
- Flight status update: Click Flight status update, and choose Flight status update in the Select a Notification drop-down menu, to set up notifications about your flight status. Select a delivery method by clicking the radio button for Email or Mobile text. If you selected Email (the default), enter an email address. If you selected Mobile text, select a country in the Select country drop-down menu, and enter the phone number in the Enter phone number field. Click the Save button to finish.
The notifications are listed in the Notifications section of the Notifications page. To change or delete notifications, click the Edit or Delete link next to each notification.Â
You can also receive email alerts when your guests for car service respond to your invitations. In the Invitation Responses section, click the radio button for "Sending my email alert to..." next to Car Service. To turn off email alerts, click the radio button for "Turn off".Â
Click the Save button to save your changes.
