Cancelling a Booked Trip

To cancel a previously booked flight, hotel or car hire booking, follow these steps:

  1. On the Home page, click the Activity tab in the Upcoming section, locate the trip, and click the trip title to expand the trip information.  
  2. Hover your pointer over a trip element, and a circled arrow appears on the right side. Click the arrow to see the trip element's details. The Trip Details page appears.
  3. Click the Cancel this trip link under Travel Tools in the right hand column. The Cancel Trip Assistant page appears. 
  4. Click the checkbox for “I acknowledge and accept” to accept the terms for cancelling the booking.
  5. Click Confirm Cancellation or Keep Original Trip.
  6. Click Done to finish.

An email is sent to the traveller with the trip cancellation details. The status of the trip in the Upcoming section of the Home page is then changed to “Cancelled”.
