On the "Review your trip" page, click the Mileage and prices link to see details about a car hire's mileage and prices. For hire details and rules, click the Car Hire details/rules link. On the "Review your trip" page, click the Hold This Trip button to hold your booking – see see Reviewing the Trip Elements for details. If you've also placed an airline ticket on hold, the application will hold your car hire booking until the same time as the deadline for purchasing your airline ticket. If you don’t confirm your booking before the deadline, both of your bookings will be discarded and you'll need to re-book. If your car hire booking is separate, it will be considered confirmed, and you'll need to cancel it if you decide not to use it.

Airport Parking
How do I reserve airport parking?
To reserve airport parking by itself, independent of a trip that you have booked, hover your pointer over the Travel tab and select Airport Parking from the drop-down menu. See Reserving or Adding Airport Parking for details.
When should I reserve an airport parking space?
You can reserve an airport parking space up to 12 hours before your departure. However, airport car parking space often fill up during peak travel times and your lot preference may not be available.
What is the maximum number of days that I can book for an airport parking space?
You can purchase up to 21 days at a time. If you need to book beyond 21 days, you can make multiple bookings to cover the length of your stay, or pay for additional days when you leave the parking facility.
How do I get a copy of my parking voucher?
When airport parking is booked, you will receive a confirmation page that includes your voucher. To print the parking voucher click the Print Voucher link. You will also receive an email confirmation with voucher details. To print the voucher later find the airport parking booking in the Upcoming section on the Home page. See Reserving or Adding Airport Parking for details.
Why do I need a copy of my voucher at checkout?
A confirmation number alone is not considered proof of purchase; the payment voucher is the only document a cashier can accept. The cashier must be able to use the confirmation number and PNF code on a physical copy of the voucher to verify your booking.
Can I show the parking voucher on my mobile device instead of printing the voucher?
At this time, most airport parking stations are not equipped to scan bar codes in your parking voucher. To avoid being charged again, show a printed copy of your voucher to the parking staff upon checkout.
I forgot my voucher and had to pay a second time. Can I get a refund for my voucher?
Contact this site's customer service. A customer support representative will contact the parking vendor to try to secure a refund on your behalf. Please allow 15 to 20 business days for your refund to arrive.
I belong to a frequent parking programme. Will I earn credit when I book online?
Yes, if you have stored your membership information in your profile – see Service Preferences for details. If you haven't yet entered the membership information into your profile, you can enter it when you purchase your trip – see Purchasing the Trip for details.
Car Service
How do I begin a booking for car service?
To reserve car service, you can hover your pointer over the Travel tab and select Car Service from the drop-down menu, or add car service to an existing trip. See Reserving or Adding Car Service for details.
How close to the pick-up time can I book a car service?
You can book a car service online up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. If you are booking a car service within 24 hours of the pick-up time, please call the car service provider directly to ensure availability of a vehicle.
What countries is car service offered?
Currently, Car Service is available in the United States and the United Kingdom.

What does "service provider currently unavailable" mean?
The message “The service provider for this request is currently unavailable” means that the provider you have chosen is unable to confirm your journey. Either change to a different service provider, or wait and try again at a later time.
Why isn't a particular car service company listed in my search results?
You have access to a wide selection of quality and cost-effective car service providers. However, not all providers cover all geographies. In addition, companies often establish preferred relationships with vendors for different regions. In those cases, you will only see vendors that have been selected by your company for that location.
Why can't I select a particular car with a car service company?
A particular car may be shown in the list of available car choices, but not be available if the choices are out-of-policy. For example, the quoted price for a specific route may be too expensive, making that car out of policy.
How do I send other passengers the car service details?
On the Car Service page, you can invite guests to share the journey by selecting the checkbox. Enter their email addresses and click the Invite guests button. See Reserving or Adding Car Service for details.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged by the service provider after you take the journey. When making a car service booking, you must use a credit card with an expiration date that is at least seven days after the trip date.
How can I be certain that the car service provider received my booking?
As soon as you book the booking online, the system will confirm the journey with the service provider, and then send you a confirmation email. This booking will also be entered on your calendar if you have set up your calendar in your profile (see Setting Up Your Calendar for details). You can also print the confirmation email. If you’re booking on behalf of another traveller, both you and the traveller will receive confirmation emails.
Why do I get two car service bookings on my home page for a single trip?
For a trip with more than one car, the system records a separate transaction for each journey. For example, if you were to make a trip booking that includes a journey from your home to the airport, and a second journey from the airport back home, the system will record this as two separate bookings. This enables you to make changes to each of the journeys separately.

For a trip with more than one journey, the system sends a separate email for each journey. For example, if you were to make a booking that consisted of a journey from your home to the airport and a second journey from the airport back home, the system will record this as two separate bookings with two emails. By separating the trip into two bookings, you can make changes to each journey separately. You may also receive a separate confirmation directly from the provider if the provider wishes to communicate special pick-up or drop-off instructions to you.
What do I do if I have problems with my car service?
If you have problems with the car (e.g. the driver is late), please contact the service provider directly. The service provider is directly in charge of dispatching the drivers and vehicles.
