Browser Settings

WarningDon’t open multiple tabs or windows of your browser for a single session using Travel and other services. When multiple tabs or windows are open, your actions in one tab or window can change the session, and the other tabs or windows may become non-functional. Note, however, that you can open or access this help content in a separate tab or window.

We support the following browsers on the following operating systems:

Microsoft Windows

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) versions 8.0 and 9.0 for Windows 7 and Windows 8, and versions 10.0, and 11.0 for Windows 8. Please note:
    • Don't use Compatibility Mode.
    • By default, the native implementation of XMLHTTP is enabled. If native XMLHTTP support has been disabled in your version, you should re-enable it in the Advanced Internet settings. For more information, see About Native XMLHTTP in the Microsoft Developer Network documentation.
    • Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled. You may also want to set or change other settings. 
  • Firefox (newest three versions). Please note:
    • Use the default settings, which include cookies and JavaScript enabled.

  • Chrome (newest three versions). Please note:
    • Use the default settings, which include cookies and JavaScript enabled.

Mac OS X 10.2 or Newer

  • Safari (versions 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0). Please note:
    • Use the default settings, which include cookies and JavaScript enabled.
