Setting Up Company Information
To set up your company information, click the Company tab on the Admin Access Dashboard, which opens up your Company Profile page. A set of links appears in the left column, including Company Profile.
Company Profile
Click the Company Profile link (if it is not already selected) to show the Company Profile page.
The Company Profile serves as the default information that populates fields to make booking and paying for services easier. Much of the information found on the Company Profile page is already populated by what you entered during account creation. Enter the following:
- Site logo: Add the company logo by clicking the Add a logo button. The images must be no larger than 200x40 pixels and 25KB file size. The format must be GIF, PNG, or JPG.
- Company name and address: Enter the name and address for the company.
- Phone: Add the company phone number.
- Corporate web site: Enter the company website URL.
- Number of employees: Select the employee count from the drop-down menu.
- Industry: Select the Industry that best fits the company from the drop-down menu.
Click Save to save your changes.
Contact Information
Click the Contact Information link, and enter the Company contact information. This information may already be populated with the contact information you entered during account creation. Click Save to save any changes.
Location
Click the Location link to set the default location settings each user will see when signing in for the first time. The settings include the country, date and time formats, time zone, measurements, and currency. These settings can be changed by the individual user after signing in.
Click Save to save any changes.
Address Book
Click the Address Book link to set up site-wide company address books and activate global address books for attendee tracking in expense reports. See Setting Up Company Address Books.
Contacts
Click the Contacts link to upload contacts to site-wide company address books. See Uploading Contacts to Company Address Books.
